Hotel
We have negotiated a special Viking price with the Center Hotel Plaza where the event is taking place. We have asked the hotel to be flexible for those wanting to arrive earlier or extend their stay. The rooms and prices are guaranteed until 18 July!
Please e-mail reservations@centerhotels.com and quote the group number 1052855 to book your accommodation. In order to secure the room, you will need to provide your credit card details which can be done by calling the reservations department on +354 595 8582. Please note that you will only be charged when you arrive and the credit card is only required to guarantee the booking in the event of a late cancellation. The cancellation policy is as follows:

- Cancellation must be received at least 48 hours before the date of arrival.
- If cancelled later than that, or in case of a no-show the first night will be charged.
I would like to ask you all of you to book your rooms as soon as possible, since travel is picking up and they were a bit reluctant to block to many rooms!
